"I cannot recommend Moazami Homes enough. We recently moved into one of their new homes and I can't help but fall more in love with this house on a daily basis! Although it's new construction, it has all the character of an old building - with none of the drawbacks. In our search for a new home, we saw several houses that were plenty large, but felt cheap and flimsy (I like to say they were "all frosting," no cake) with a floor plan seemingly slapped together. You could tell they were not going to age or live well. Our Moazami house is the complete opposite. It's spacious in all the right ways, compact where it makes sense and built like a fortress. And from what I can tell, none of the usual cut-corners were made. On the rare occasion that something does need the builder's attention (addition of a dimmer, swap of a dining shade), Amir is quick to respond and thorough in getting it taken care of. I would say that I hope our next home is a Moazami Home, as well - but really, I don't ever plan on leaving this one!"
