"After years of living in various homes in Central Austin my partner and I developed a pretty extensive list of boxes to check for our ideal home and began searching in the Spring of 2016. We looked at dozens of homes in Central and Central/Northwest, but could not find the quality we were looking for and none checked half of our boxes, until we came across Amir Moazami's home in Northwest Hills/Cat Mountain. Upon our initial tour, we immediately started mentally checking the boxes and knew this would be our next home. It is a beautiful home. The quality, finish, attention to detail, innovative single story, open floor plan, high quality fixtures and appliances are amazing. Amir's home raised the bar in our search, met our criteria and we quickly shifted from search mode to purchase mode. This is our first Moazami home, so we didn't have prior experience with this builder. After meeting Amir and getting to know him through the purchase process we began to understand that Amir does not cut corners like so many builders. We knew his commitment to excellence and high quality would translate into a very well-built home, and it did. After being in the home for six months, we could not be happier with our purchase and the continued relationship we have with Amir. We started our housing search in our desired neighborhood (Zilker) and realized we kept being drawn to a certain type of home. After some investigation, we realized that Moazami Homes was creating many of these homes and thus set out to discover any pending projects. We met Amir and we were lucky enough to persuade him to sell us a house that had yet to be designed. Not only did we have a say in all of the plans, fixtures, finishes and colors, we had an professional guide to help us stay within budget and direct us toward excellent products and businesses. He worked with us on everything and was always available and non-judgemental (we were clueless in a lot of areas). His most asked question to us was and still is: "Are y'all happy?" He truly cares if we are and you can tell that in all of his work, from the slab to the countertops.
Not only was everything done on time, but the sale was smooth and the follow-up has been fantastic. Even after we have taken ownership, if there has been any sort of question or even tiny problem, he has given us advice or sent someone over to take care of it. He is a true professional and is sincere to his word. I would highly recommend Amir and his homes to anyone; and most of all, we consider him a great person and friend.

"I cannot recommend Moazami Homes enough. We recently moved into one of their new homes and I can't help but fall more in love with this house on a daily basis! Although it's new construction, it has all the character of an old building - with none of the drawbacks. In our search for a new home, we saw several houses that were plenty large, but felt cheap and flimsy (I like to say they were "all frosting," no cake) with a floor plan seemingly slapped together. You could tell they were not going to age or live well. Our Moazami house is the complete opposite. It's spacious in all the right ways, compact where it makes sense and built like a fortress. And from what I can tell, none of the usual cut-corners were made. On the rare occasion that something does need the builder's attention (addition of a dimmer, swap of a dining shade), Amir is quick to respond and thorough in getting it taken care of. I would say that I hope our next home is a Moazami Home, as well - but really, I don't ever plan on leaving this one!"

Amir Moazami has an incredible team from the painters, our project manager Zach, the cabinetmaker, everyone was professional, timely, and delivered the highest quality of work. We have remodeled a couple homes in Austin and there is an obvious difference in the quality of home we have now from Moazami. While they had multiple projects going on with ours, it always felt like we were the only home they were building at that time. Amir and the entire team were always available and wanted to be sure we were 100% satisfied with every step of the project. Amir was always willing to brainstorm and helpful in finding ways to stay on budget. Amir was so focused on being sure every step was done 100% correctly it felt like he was building his own home, he took that much pride in our home. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience. It is rare that people finish a home building project and can say it was stress free and actually really fun, but we can. We signed our contract while the house was still under construction, so had the opportunity to make some selections as well as watch the construction process. Amir and his team were great to work with. They were always readily available to answer our questions and concerns and worked hard to meet closing deadlines. The home is beautiful, exceptionally well constructed and thoughtfully designed. At closing, we received a comprehensive binder detailing all the systems, appliances and materials of the home including contact information for contractors used. The few times we have requested service calls for minor repairs or adjustments, the process was fast and easy. All of our punch list items (which were fairly minor) were completed within 5-6 months of closing. We highly recommend Moazami Homes!"

"Amir and his team built a gorgeous house. We bought our house when we were moving to Austin from Boston-- we had one weekend to look for homes in a very competitive real estate market. Our house frame was up but no other parts of the house were built at the time we were looking. We met with Amir and it turned out the house would be completed just prior to our move. We could tell right away that Amir was a trustworthy person and he was awesome to work with. He knew that having the house done in time for our move was important to us and he made it happen! They were also really honest in terms of not taking multiple offers and holding out for higher offers (something that happens frequently in this setting in Austin). On our flight over from Boston to Austin for our move, my husband and I really didn't know what the house would look like, so we were very excited when we showed up and the place looked beautiful! Even though the house is not custom, I think they really did a great job of making it look somewhat custom-style. The finishes are great. The quality is suberb. Other craftsmen that have done some other work in our home have commented on the high quality of our build. Also Amir and his team are very personable and respond quickly to questions. I think Amir and his team may come take pics of the house soon so hopefully I will be able to add them in to the review. They are amazing builders and I would definitely work with them in the future."

"Amir and his team built my house several years ago, but after living through the last week without power due to a winter storm I realized how great this house is. No issues of any kind - even with neighbors dealing with water pipes burst and tanks leaking - I had nothing go wrong. Plus, the insulation kept us pretty toasty despite frigid temps outside. Even without this storm, the house has held up really well over time. It's beautifully designed and very functionable for a busy family. Very little maintenance since it was built. Super happy with it!"
